- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- In a small mixing bowl, combine melted unsalted butter, ranch seasoning, and ground mustard. Whisk until smooth.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine mini pretzels, white cheddar Cheez-Its, Rice Chex, and oyster crackers. Toss together.
- Pour the butter ranch mixture over the dry ingredients and toss until evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle parsley flakes and half of the parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle remaining parmesan cheese on top, and let cool completely.
