Step-by-Step Instructions for 3 Ingredient Fruit Cake
- Combine 1 kg of mixed dried fruit with 600 ml of chocolate milk in a large mixing bowl. Stir gently and refrigerate overnight.
- Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F) and prepare a 20 cm (8-inch) square tin by lining it with baking paper or greasing it.
- Mix 2 cups of self-raising flour into the soaked fruit mixture, stirring until just combined.
